Southern Home Services, a provider-backed consolidator of residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses across the southeast, midwest and mid-Atlantic, acquired Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing as part of its continued expansion in Virginia’s growing home services market.
The transaction strengthens Southern Home Services’ presence in the greater Richmond area, where demand for residential repair and maintenance services continues to grow alongside population expansion. Founded in 1989, Blazer Heating, Air & Plumbing is a locally owned provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services serving the broader Richmond metropolitan area. Following the transaction, Bobby Broyles will continue to lead the business as general manager to maintain operational continuity and support future growth initiatives.
