Great Hill Partners has invested in Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, a pet grooming and specialty retail franchise concept.
The investment is intended to strengthen franchisee support infrastructure, expand the company into new markets and enhance digital marketing capabilities to increase national brand awareness. Existing investor Garnett Station Partners, which first backed the company in 2022, will remain a significant shareholder. Founded in 2007, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming provides salon-style pet grooming services and specialty pet retail products through a franchise model. The company operates across 36 U.S. states and has more than 450 franchise locations open or in development.
Harris Williams served as financial advisor to Great Hill, while Paul Hastings LLP acted as legal counsel to Great Hill and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP served as legal counsel to Woof Gang.
