Bow River Capital has officially integrated its recently acquired Asset-Based Finance and Venture Capital platforms, completing a strategic expansion that broadens its investment offerings across private equity, private credit, real estate, and venture capital.
The Denver-based alternative asset manager now oversees more than $7.4 billion in managed capital and serves approximately 2,200 investors, including high-net-worth individuals, registered investment advisors, wealth managers and family offices.
The integration creates a unified investment platform designed to provide access across four private market asset classes while maintaining the firm’s focus on the lower middle market.
