Redwood AI Corp. has agreed to acquire Quantum.IQ Technologies, a Vancouver-based developer of AI-driven post-quantum cybersecurity software.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including Canadian Securities Exchange approval. Upon closing, Redwood will also issue 100,000 shares as a finder’s fee to an independent third party. Quantum.IQ Technologies develops software that helps governments, defense organizations, financial institutions and critical infrastructure operators identify, assess and modernize cryptographic systems vulnerable to future quantum computing threats. Its post-quantum cryptography platform provides cryptographic asset discovery, exposure assessments, migration planning, vulnerability management and continuous monitoring, helping organizations prepare encryption infrastructure for the transition to quantum-resistant security standards.
