Sagard Real Estate, a U.S.-based real estate investment advisor and subsidiary of Sagard, acquired 4455 River Green Parkway, a 231,000-square-foot industrial facility in Duluth, Ga.
The acquisition expands SRE’s industrial portfolio and aligns with its strategy of investing in strategically located industrial assets in high-demand markets. The property is fully leased to OmniMax International, a manufacturer and distributor of building products, and is located within River Green Business Park along Atlanta’s I-85 Northeast industrial corridor.
The 12.9-acre asset is situated in Gwinnett County, one of the Atlanta region’s largest industrial employment hubs, providing access to major population centers, transportation networks and a deep labor pool.
