Mangrove Equity Partners, a Tampa-based lower middle-market private equity firm, has launched Peak Pavement Group, a new platform focused on the pavement maintenance sector.
The platform builds on Mangrove’s 2024 partnership with A&R Sealcoating, founded by Rocky Ricelli, and now includes the additions of HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions in southeast Michigan and Maintain It All in southeast Pennsylvania. The companies will continue operating under their existing brands and leadership teams while leveraging shared resources, purchasing power, and operational support.
HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions is a pavement repair and maintenance provider specializing in services such as asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement repair. Maintain It All serves residential and commercial customers with sealcoating, crack filling, patching, paving, power washing, line striping, and concrete repair services.
