PGW Auto Glass, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has purchased Windshield Surgeons, describing the transaction as part of its strategy to grow its Canadian automotive glass business.
The acquisition will expand PGW’s ability to provide customers with a broader range of automotive glass services, including wholesale distribution, professional installation and advanced calibration services, while strengthening its presence in the Canadian market.
Windshield Surgeons is a Canadian automotive glass business with an established presence in Alberta, Canada.
