Life Science Connect, a U.S.-based life sciences media company backed by Latticework Capital Management and Edgehill Management, has acquired PharmaSource and CDMO Live from Life Science Networks.
The transaction brings together PharmaSource, CDMO Live Europe, CDMO Live Americas and External Manufacturing Leaders with LSC’s existing platforms, including Outsourced Pharma and the CDMO Leadership Awards, creating a dedicated events division focused on the biopharma outsourcing market.
Founded in 2023 by Luke Bilton and Chris Kilbee, Life Science Networks built a portfolio of media brands, executive communities and partnering events serving the outsourced biopharma manufacturing sector.
