Arsenal Capital Partners has appointed Max Schechter as managing director and head of business development for its industrial growth platform.
In the newly created role, Schechter will focus on expanding the firm’s market coverage, strengthening relationships across the industrial ecosystem, and supporting the development and execution of industrial investment strategies. Schechter joins Arsenal from Angeles Equity Partners, where he served as managing director and head of business development. He brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning business development, deal sourcing, fundraising and investor relations.
