O2 Investment Partners, through Azureon, has made an investment in Pooltek Services, a Rockville, Md.-based pool maintenance and repair company.
The acquisition expands Azureon’s footprint into the DMV region as the platform continues to build a regional pool care business across the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Founded in 1986 by Ed and Gail Kessler, Pooltek Services provides residential pool maintenance, repairs, renovations and construction-related services, including tile, coping, plaster, and deck work. The Kessler family will retain significant ownership following the transaction.
