Albireo Energy, an independent provider of building controls and energy services and a Huron Capital portfolio company, has acquired PASCO Building Automation Systems.
The acquisition strengthens Albireo Energy’s presence across the northeast, expanding its footprint in a region with significant demand for building modernization driven by aging infrastructure, institutional investment, advanced manufacturing growth and emerging data center development.
Headquartered in Liverpool, N.Y., PASCO has served customers across the Syracuse, Rochester, Albany and Buffalo markets since 1972. The company specializes in building automation systems for commercial, education and healthcare facilities and has established long-term customer relationships throughout upstate New York.
