Parabellum Investments has acquired Crux Informatics, an AI-powered external data management platform serving financial institutions and technology companies.
The acquisition is intended to accelerate product innovation, expand Crux’s international reach, and strengthen its AI-driven data management capabilities. Crux Informatics provides software that manages the lifecycle of external data used by financial institutions, helping automate data onboarding, transformation, and operations. Its flagship products, Sphere and ArrayX, enable rapid data ingestion and self-healing data pipelines powered by AI.
