Integrated Water Services, a provider of modular wastewater treatment and water reuse systems, has acquired Tetrasolv Filtration, a specialist in filtration, separation and mobile media services and rentals.
The transaction strengthens IWS’s strategy of building a comprehensive water infrastructure platform serving industrial and municipal mid-market customers. The acquisition follows IWS’s recent purchase of Complete Filtration Resources and adds advanced media filtration, purification, and PFAS remediation capabilities to the group’s portfolio.
Tetrasolv Filtration manufactures and supplies engineered filtration and treatment systems and provides rental equipment, media services, and field support for water purification and environmental remediation applications. Headquartered in Anderson, Ind., the company operates additional service centers in Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
