CVC Capital Partners agreed to acquire Irca from Advent International.
Irca manufactures ingredients and semi-finished products for the pastry, bakery, chocolate and ice cream markets. The company operates 19 manufacturing facilities, offers more than 7,000 products, and serves customers in more than 100 countries across artisanal, foodservice and industrial food manufacturing channels.
