In general, you may visit this Digital Offering or use the companion mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Digital Offering”) without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

HTML verification and email tracking
When receiving email from us, we may place a small piece of code in that email to determine whether or not you can accept HTML images and whether or not you viewed and/or clicked on links contained in the email. Information on Children
As a business-to-business company, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. On-line registration and Digital Offering usage is restricted to adults who are professionally engaged in the businesses we serve. Kids under 13: Do not send any information about yourself to us–including information such as your name, address, or e-mail address. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
Updating, Accessing and Retaining Personal and Financial Information
Registered users have the option of accessing, correcting, updating and modifying Personal and/or Financial Information, or their visitor profile, at any time and as often as desired. Subject to verification of your identity and provided that there is no legal prohibition against doing so, we will comply with your request.
You may elect to stop receiving marketing material from MMI or on behalf of external third-party business partners. Registered users may choose to stop receiving such communications at any time by visiting their member profile page or by following instructions at the end of any such e-mail received.

As a MMI customer you can also expect to receive relevant email and postal offers for MMI publications, web seminars, white papers, events, Digital Offerings and other services. From time to time we are also able to secure and offer to our customers specially-negotiated discounts and new products from other leading companies. MMI Web Seminars also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Internet connection speed, Internet connection duration, and Real Media and Windows Media player information. This is done in conjunction with our broadcast providers. Your data is collected and retained by our broadcast providers for the sole purposes of delivering Web Seminars content appropriately, traffic reporting, and enabling re-registration for future events. In addition, our broadcast providers use cookie technology to identify you as a registered user of the Web Seminars service. Should you register for a MMI sponsored Web Seminar, you are consenting to provide your personable identifiable information to that Sponsor.
