Osprey Landscape Group, a provider of commercial landscape services backed by Southfield Capital, completed its acquisition of LandGraphics.
The transaction marks Osprey’s first acquisition in California, establishing its presence in the state’s commercial landscaping market and expanding its footprint across the western United States. LandGraphics provides commercial landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, water management and arbor care services across San Diego and Orange County, Calif. The company was formed through the integration of LandGraphics and New Way Landscape & Tree Care Services.
