Colbeck Capital Management has launched Colbeck Strategic Income (CSI), expanding the firm’s private credit platform with a direct lending strategy targeting middle-market companies undergoing their next stage of growth or transition.
CSI launches with approximately $400 million of committed capital and complements the firm’s existing Colbeck Strategic Lending (CSL) platform, which manages more than $1.7 billion. CSI focuses primarily on providing first-lien senior secured loans to established middle-market businesses experiencing transformative growth. The strategy emphasizes downside protection, structural flexibility, and active engagement with portfolio companies.
