Thoma Bravo has agreed to make an investment in padoa through its Europe Fund, with significant participation from the company’s co-founders and existing shareholders Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co. and Kamet Ventures.

The investment is intended to accelerate padoa’s growth strategy, including further development of AI capabilities, expansion of customer service operations, product innovation and international growth, particularly across the DACH region.

padoa is a provider of occupational health, safety and prevention software serving occupational health centers, employers and employees. The company’s platform helps customers manage occupational health services, preventive care programs and regulatory compliance requirements, enabling more efficient service delivery and workforce health management as workplace health regulations continue to evolve.
