Daxko, a software provider serving health, fitness, and wellness organizations and backed by GI Partners, has acquired FitnessForce, an API-first membership management platform built for multi-location, franchise and international fitness operators.

The acquisition expands Daxko’s fitness software portfolio and strengthens its presence in rapidly growing international fitness markets, including India, the Middle East, Australia and southeast Asia. The deal enhances Daxko’s ability to serve large franchise systems and multi-location fitness enterprises requiring scalable, region-specific operational capabilities.

FitnessForce provides membership management software designed for operators managing multiple locations, brands, and geographies. The platform includes localized payment processing, biometric access controls, tax compliance tools, WhatsApp-native communications, AI-powered analytics, and franchise management functionality.
