EisnerAmper is merging with Sherwood Partners in a combination expected to close in July 2026.
The transaction strengthens EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services Group by adding capabilities in assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABCs), corporate restructuring, receiverships, managed liquidations, intellectual property monetization, distressed asset management and financial advisory services.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif., Sherwood Partners employs approximately 30 professionals and also maintains offices in Los Angeles and New York City. The firm serves clients across technology, life sciences, fintech, cleantech, consumer products, retail, manufacturing and professional services, while also working closely with venture capital, private equity, and financial and legal institutions.
