Compusoft, a portfolio company of TA Associates, and 2020, two software providers for residential and commercial spaces, have entered a merge to create one company dedicated to powering the sales of its customers.
Going forward, the combined entity will provide services for the visualization, configuration, pricing, quoting and manufacturing of products in highly configured spaces. The firm will provide end-to-end services that power sales across value chains in kitchen, bathroom, furniture and window industries.
The combined firm will expand scale and enable improved customer service. Additionally, the firm will have cross-functional teams across the globe.
