Halma has acquired Dreampath Diagnostics, a France-based provider of automated workflow solutions for anatomical pathology laboratories, from Summit Partners.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Strasbourg, France, Dreampath Diagnostics develops automated workflow systems that enable anatomical pathology laboratories to accurately track, store and retrieve patient tissue samples throughout the diagnostic process. Since Summit Partners’ growth investment in 2025, the company has expanded its product and service offerings to better serve pathology laboratories globally.
