Halifax Group has appointed Rob Holcomb as an operating executive.
In the role, Holcomb will assess and optimize data infrastructure, analytics capabilities and AI readiness across Halifax’s portfolio companies and prospective investments, supporting the firm’s value creation strategy. The appointment reflects Halifax’s continued focus on using data and AI capabilities to accelerate organic growth across its investments.
Holcomb brings more than 20 years of experience in data management, analytics and business strategy. He previously served as director of analytics at Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) and held leadership roles at Waters Corp. (NYSE: WAT) and United Technologies.
