Blackstone (NYSE: BX) is considering selling its minority stake in British outsourced marketing provider HH Global, according to Bloomberg News.

Sutton, England-based HH Global provides tech-enabled creative production and procurement for marketing campaigns of its clients. The firm is working with Moelis & Co. (NYSE: MC) on the potential transaction, as reported by Bloomberg, and a stake sale could value HH Global at around £2 billion (around $2.6 billion) to £2.5 billion (about $3.2 billion).
