MoonPay has acquired Entendre, a provider of AI-powered accounting agents for stablecoin and fintech businesses, as part of its strategy to expand beyond payments and digital asset infrastructure into financial operations.
The acquisition brings AI-driven automation capabilities for reconciliation, treasury management and financial close processes to MoonPay’s platform. Founded to automate finance operations for high-volume, multi-entity and multi-currency organizations, Entendre serves customers including Polygon Labs, Thirdweb, Brale, Babylon Labs, Ostium, Courtyard and DoubleZero. Entendre’s AI agents automate accounting workflows from transaction processing through ledger entry, helping finance teams reduce manual work, accelerate month-end close processes and manage growing transaction volumes across multiple legal entities and currencies.
