OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm that focuses on the aerospace, defense, government sectors, has hired Kenneth Wolff as a Partner and Chief Legal Officer.
Wolff will provide strategic and legal leadership across the firm’s transactions, portfolio companies, and all related governance matters. He joins OceanSound from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he served as a partner and co-head of the firm’s private equity Group. During his 27-year tenure at Skadden, Wolff concentrated on mergers, acquisitions, advising public and private companies, and private equity firms across a wide range of U.S. and cross-border transactions, particularly in aerospace, defense & technology.
OceanSound closed its third fund in March.
