TA Associates has agreed to invest in AIRS Medical, a developer of AI-native MRI software services.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The investment will support AIRS Medical’s next phase of international expansion, advancement of its AI-powered radiology technologies and continued product innovation.
Founded in 2018, AIRS Medical develops AI-powered MRI acceleration and reconstruction software designed to improve imaging speed, image quality and workflow performance. Its product portfolio includes SwiftMR, an MRI acceleration and image enhancement service, and SwiftSight, an MRI quantification and structured reporting platform. The company supports more than 1,700 healthcare institutions across over 40 countries.
