GenNx360 Capital Partners has promoted Pratik Rajeevan to partner, recognizing his longstanding contribution to the firm’s investment strategy and transaction execution across industrial and business services sectors.
Most recently, Rajeevan oversaw GenNx360’s exit of Precision Aviation Group, a global aerospace and defense maintenance, repair and overhaul provider, in a transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. Ron Blaylock, founder and managing partner of GenNx360, cited Rajeevan’s investment discipline, execution capabilities and leadership within the firm’s investment team as key factors behind the promotion.
