Chariot Capital Group has completed the acquisition of Laser Clinics U.K., a U.K.-based providers of laser, skin and aesthetic treatments.
The transaction separates the U.K. business from Laser Clinics Group, which has been backed by KKR (NYSE: KKR) and expanded its clinician-led franchise-partnership model across Australia, New Zealand and other international markets.
Laser Clinics U.K. operates a network of clinics across the United Kingdom, providing laser hair removal, skin treatments and aesthetic services. The company has established a significant presence in the U.K. aesthetics market through its clinician-led model and franchise-partnership approach.
