Verix Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on the national security sector, has added Graham Kantor as a principal.
Kantor brings experience partnering with founder-led businesses and has worked alongside Verix Managing Partners Jeff Hart and Sean Battle for more than six years. Prior to joining Verix, Kantor spent part of his career at AE Industrial Partners, where he focused on investing in and helping build national security companies. During his tenure, he completed dozens of acquisitions in partnership with founder-led businesses, developing experience in growth strategies, M&A execution and operational scaling. He will be based in Delray Beach, Fla.
