Rochester Midland Corp., backed by Peak Rock Capital, has acquired ClarityChem, expanding its water treatment platform and strengthening its technical service capabilities across commercial and industrial end markets.
The transaction aligns with Rochester Midland’s strategy of growing its water treatment business through partnerships with companies that share its customer-focused approach and specialized expertise. Based in Depew, N.Y., ClarityChem has more than 30 years of experience providing water treatment services for boilers, cooling systems, biocides, closed-loop systems, wastewater treatment and odor control applications. The company also offers consulting services for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment systems, including full-scale system design, product sourcing and program implementation.
