Allied Industrial Partners-backed Liberty Waste Solutions, a provider of waste and recycling services in North Carolina, has acquired Bill’s Trash Services, a residential waste collector serving North Carolina.
The acquisition expands Liberty’s regional footprint. Bill’s Trash marks Liberty’s fourth acquisition in 2026, which follows M&M Garbage Disposal, Randolph County Garbage Servicing and AJ Disposal.
