The three acquisitions expand PassCo’s services across access control, doors and docks, gates, video surveillance and integrated life safety systems.
Based in Baton Rouge, La., Southeastern Overhead Door is a provider of overhead door and loading dock equipment services. Fairborn is a leading of loading dock and door solutions serving commercial and industrial customers throughout New England. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Communication Concepts specializes in the design, installation, and service of integrated security and communication systems, including access control, video surveillance, fire alarm and emergency communication.
Halle Capital is a lower middle-market private equity firm based in New York.
