Lewis & Clark Capital has formed AirCore Environmental, an indoor air quality platform built through the acquisitions of Radon Mitigation Services and Radon Professional Services. AirCore provides radon mitigation services mostly to commercial customers across the Southeastern United States, in order to help property owners, managers, and builders create safer, healthier indoor environments.

Lewis & Clark is a single-family office based in St. Louis that invests in lower middle-market businesses. According to the firm, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, and demand for professional mitigation services continues to grow alongside increased awareness among property owners, lenders, builders, and regulators. Lewis & Clark said it is actively pursuing additional acquisitions of complementary services businesses.
