Inflexion, through Inflexion Enterprise Fund VI, has acquired a majority stake in Ranger Fire and Security.
The investment is intended to support Ranger’s continued acquisition strategy and operational expansion as it seeks to build a national fire and security services platform across the U.K. and Ireland, with potential future expansion into continental Europe. Existing investor Hyperion Equity Partners will make a substantial reinvestment alongside Inflexion as part of the transaction.
Ranger Fire and Security provides fire and security services to businesses, charities and public sector organizations through a network of local operating companies. The platform has completed 25 acquisitions across the U.K. and Ireland to date and employs more than 500 people. Ranger’s model combines the local market presence and customer relationships of regional providers with the scale and operational capabilities of a larger national organization.
