Sciens Building Solutions, a fire detection and security services provider and portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Electronic Security Solutions LLC.
EES was established in Pennsylvania in 1999 and offers fire alarm services and installations for contractors, end-users, and property managers. The deal will assist SBS in expanding and establishing its presence across the Pennsylvania market. The business combination will deliver deeper resources and expertise to EES’ established customers.
