Energy Impact Partners‘ Guardian Infrastructure Services, has acquired E2 Consulting Engineers, a provider of engineering and technical consulting services to electric and gas utilities across North America.

The acquisition strengthens Guardian’s capabilities in utility transmission and distribution engineering, substation engineering, inspection, project delivery and program management as EIP continues building a scaled infrastructure services platform focused on grid modernization, reliability, resiliency and energy transition initiatives. Founded in 1988 by Hersh Saluja, E2 Consulting Engineers provides engineering, project management, inspection, and field support services for investor-owned utilities and infrastructure operators across North America. The company supports a range of critical infrastructure programs, including transmission reliability, wildfire mitigation, integrity management, pipeline safety and compliance, undergrounding projects, substation modernization, and broader utility grid investment efforts.
