EducationDynamics, a higher education marketing, reputation and enrollment management firm backed by Renovus Capital Partners, has acquired Net Natives, combining the firms’ higher education marketing, enrollment, reputation and technology capabilities.
The transaction brings together organizations serving more than 400 institutional clients across over 50 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is intended to strengthen EducationDynamics’ ability to help colleges and universities address enrollment, reputation, and growth challenges amid demographic shifts.
Founded in the U.K. and headquartered in Brighton, England, Net Natives is a technology-enabled enrollment marketing agency serving higher education institutions globally, with additional operations in New York. The company specializes in audience engagement, student recruitment and enrollment growth across undergraduate, graduate and international student markets.
