Warren Equity Partners has acquired USG Water Solutions from Turnspire Capital Partners.
The transaction follows Turnspire’s carveout acquisition of USG from Veolia in early 2023 and represents the first full exit from Turnspire Value Fund II. USG Water Solutions provides water asset management services to municipal and private-sector customers across North America. Its offerings include maintenance and rehabilitation services for water storage tanks, pipe networks and concrete structures at water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as turnkey smart metering programs and water quality technologies. The company operates in all 48 contiguous U.S. states and employs more than 450 people.
