PAI Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Arlettie through PAI Mid-Market Fund II.
The transaction will see PAI partner with the company’s founders to support the next phase of growth. Arlettie is focused on inventory management for luxury brands, operating private sales, staff sales and inventory-clearance events that help brands manage excess stock while protecting exclusivity, confidentiality and brand equity. Founded in France, Arlettie operates an omnichannel platform that combines physical showrooms in Paris, London, Milan and New York with a growing online offering. The company maintains relationships with more than 220 luxury and contemporary brands and serves a proprietary database of over 120,000 active consumers.
