The platform, developed as part of an expanded multiyear partnership, leverages Palantir’s (Nasdaq: PLTR) Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to help Kirkland scale its institutional knowledge, streamline complex legal workflows, and support clients throughout the private equity fundraising lifecycle. The fund formation engine is designed to centralize legal expertise, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making across fundraising, investor management, and compliance activities.
