Air Transport Components, a provider of component maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the global aerospace industry and backed by AE Industrial Partners, has acquired Aero Controls.
The transaction expands ATC Group’s engineering and proprietary repair capabilities, broadens its service offering across highly technical aircraft component categories, and creates cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. ACI will continue operating as a business unit within ATC Group, with its leadership team remaining in place to support integration and future growth.
Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, ACI operates across three locations and has served the commercial aviation industry for more than 40 years. The company specializes in FAA-certified repair and overhaul services for precision-engineered aircraft components, including avionics, electromechanical systems, pneumatics, transmissions, hydraulics and emergency equipment.
