Grace Hill, a provider of performance, risk management, compliance, training and talent development software services for multifamily and commercial real estate owners and operators and a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has named Chicago-based Matt Cotter as chief executive officer.
Cotter succeeds Kendall Pretzer, who has led the company since 2021 and will transition to the role of chief strategy officer, where she will focus on customer relationships, industry engagement and strategic initiatives. The leadership transition comes as Grace Hill continues to expand its technology platform serving the real estate industry.
