Resurgens Technology Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, has invested in Pennsylvania-based EnergyCap Inc. EnergyCap’s service, which includes its software and complementary services, is used by organizations across the government, education and commercial sectors to streamline utility bill accounting and energy management. Resurgens will work alongside EnergyCap to deepen customer acquisition strategies, expand into adjacent end markets, accelerate technology innovations and execute acquisitions to expand its product breadth.
