Apollo will acquire a minority interest in Apex Service Partners, partnering with the company’s management team and existing investor Alpine Investors to support the residential services platform’s continued expansion.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 and will support Apex’s continued national expansion, broader multi-trade service capabilities and investments in technology and workforce development infrastructure.
Founded in 2019, Apex Service Partners is a residential services platform in the U.S., operating 75 local brands across 46 states. The company employs more than 13,000 people and has served more than 16 million homes nationwide through its HVAC, plumbing and electrical service offerings.
