Colliers, through its Canadian engineering platform Englobe Corp., has agreed to acquire Pluritec Ltd., a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm in Québec.
Following the transaction, Pluritec’s senior leadership team will become shareholders of Englobe under Colliers’ (Nasdaq: CIGI) partnership model and will continue in leadership roles within the combined organization. The acquisition advances Colliers’ strategy of expanding its multidisciplinary engineering capabilities in the Québec market.
Founded in 1972, Pluritec employs approximately 200 professionals across six offices in southern Québec. The firm provides civil and structural engineering, building mechanical and electrical systems design, transportation engineering, water treatment and municipal infrastructure services. Its expertise strengthens Englobe’s service offering and enhances the combined platform’s ability to support infrastructure and development projects across the province.
