Transom Capital Group has appointed Jeff Haight as an operating partner and member of the firm’s operations team, where he will help lead value creation initiatives across select portfolio companies.
Drawing on more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Haight will work closely with management teams and Transom’s M&A function from diligence through exit, supporting operational transformation and growth initiatives across the portfolio. Haight previously served as CEO of Locana, a former Transom portfolio company focused on geospatial technology and consulting services. Earlier in his career, Haight held several senior leadership roles at CH2M.
