Piper Sandler Companies, an investment bank, has bought DBO Partners, a technology investment banking firm located in the San Francisco Bay area.
DBO Partners has led several mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions for its clients in the technology sector, including software, security, engineering, semiconductors and infrastructure and emerging technology. DBO Partners’ general partner advisory services adds a new capability for Piper Sandler’s financial sponsor clients.
