Paine Schwartz Partners, a private equity firm specializing in sustainable food chain investing, has completed the purchase of Registrar Corp from Bertram Capital. Registrar, headquartered in Hampton, VA, is a provider of U.S. Food and Drug Administration compliance software and services to food, medical device, drug, and cosmetic facilities all over the world.
