KeyStar Corp., a sports betting, e-sports and financial technology services company, has acquired ZenSports and Ultimate Gamer‘s assets.
Ultimate Gamer is an e-sports brand focused on competitive online and live e-sports competitions. ZenSports is a mobile enterprise, decentralized finance and entertainment service that offers sports betting, e-sports, digital currency, payment, NFT, content curation and identity services. With the acquisition, KeyStar aims to expand its sports betting presence in the U.S. and internationally. The company looks to obtain state and international gaming licenses targeted at B2C operations and B2B licensing opportunities.
